These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the winboc platform, including all gaming products, services, promotional offers, and account features made available at winboc.net. By registering an account or using winboc in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between winboc ("winboc", "we", "our", "us") and any natural person ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or utilises any product or service offered via the winboc platform at winboc.net and all associated subdomains and applications.

1.3 These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English language version. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Minimum Age. winboc is an adults-only platform. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or engage in any real-money activity on the platform. 21+ This requirement is strictly enforced. Registration by any person below the minimum age is void and any winnings accrued shall be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing winboc is lawful in their jurisdiction. winboc does not represent or warrant that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law should not access winboc.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player may maintain one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, device, or payment method.
2.4 KYC Verification. winboc is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to authorising real-money withdrawals. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must submit valid identity documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.
2.5 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided to winboc at registration and thereafter is true, accurate, and complete. winboc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winboc login credentials, including your username and password. winboc will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.2 You must notify winboc immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.3 winboc accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any associated credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.
3.4 You agree not to use your winboc account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming in accordance with these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Methods. winboc accepts deposits via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. winboc reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits below the minimum threshold will be declined.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. winboc does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes as a standard service level. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. VIP-tier accounts may qualify for expedited processing under the winboc VIP programme.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Winnings will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. Where this is not possible, winboc will process withdrawals to a verified bank account in your name.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the winboc platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
5.1 winboc may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms which are published at the time the promotion is made available.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Applicable wagering multiples will be specified in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used.
5.3 winboc reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where winboc has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused.
5.4 Players found to be exploiting promotions through coordinated betting, multiple accounts, or other means intended to circumvent the spirit of the offer will have bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
5.5 Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. The accumulation of multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the winboc platform are final once confirmed. winboc does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, winboc will apply the relevant game provider's payout or void policy applicable to the specific game. Where a game round is incomplete due to a verified system fault, winboc will endeavour to restore the player to their pre-round position.
6.3 winboc's sportsbook odds are set by the trading team and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are binding. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at confirmation are final.
6.4 winboc reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error in odds pricing has occurred, including but not limited to significantly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or manual error.
6.5 All casino game outcomes, where delivered by an RNG (Random Number Generator) engine, are governed by certified random outcome systems. Game results cannot be influenced by winboc or any player.
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
winboc reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, void all pending bets, and withhold any remaining balance where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
8.1 winboc is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides voluntary responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible from within your account settings.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to suspend access to their winboc account may activate a self-exclusion period of a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours and up to indefinite exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, winboc will not market to the excluded player and will take reasonable steps to prevent account reinstatement before the selected period expires.

8.4 21+ The winboc platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the platform using your account, notify winboc immediately and the account will be placed on hold pending investigation.
9.1 All content on the winboc platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade marks, is the property of winboc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the winboc platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the winboc platform.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winboc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime.
10.2 winboc's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount held in your winboc wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.
10.3 winboc does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service downtime. winboc accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.
11.1 winboc may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the winboc platform. Significant changes will be notified to registered players via email or on-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
11.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the winboc platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming dispute resolution principles and the internal dispute resolution framework maintained by winboc.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact winboc support in the first instance. winboc will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through winboc's internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service as determined by applicable gaming authority requirements.
